Arrange personalized apartment showings with vetted agents based on your needs and budget, with private transportation, Arabic support, and assistance with negotiations and rental contracts included, reviewed by a lawyer.

✔️ What's Included:

• Understanding your rental needs and dealbreakers: We identify your specific needs, preferences, and non-negotiables upfront to save you lots of time, reduce frustration, and streamline the entire real estate search process.

• Contacts to up to 2 vetted local real estate agents: Once you have decided which Madinaty neighborhood you want to live in, our vetted real estate contacts send you a range of apartments the specific needs and budget you discussed with us.

• Tailored Apartment Showings: Then you shortlist the apartments, and the real estate agent arranges personalized apartment rental showings with the owner, you, and us.

• Transportation & On-Ground Arabic Support: We accompany you to up to 8 apartment showings with a private driver, assisting with local logistics, communication, and Arabic interactions to ensure a smooth experience. (It usually takes about 1 hour per showing, on average.)

• Negotiation & Contract Assistance: Because most real estate agents primarily speak Arabic, we help you navigate price negotiations and review rental contract terms. We guide you on fair market rates, standard conditions, and key clauses that should always be included before signing.  Our lawyer will review your contract.

• Pickup & Drop-off: Daily pick-up from your accommodation and drop-off at the end of each day.

This package is designed to help you find your ideal apartment in Madinaty, navigate apartment showings, negotiate fairly, and secure a reliable rental contract.
