Avoid the "expat pricing." Finding an apartment from abroad can be stressful, but you don't have to navigate it alone, or get overcharged. This A to Z rental service gives you a dedicated advocate to finding your first permanent home throughout the entire rental process - from one who understands Western living needs and can coordinate and negotiate the best terms on your behalf in Arabic with real estate agents.  Whether you are renting for 3, 6, or 12, or 18 months, most importantly, this service includes a professional legal review of your rental contract so you can sign your lease with absolute peace of mind.

• Pre-Arrival Rental Strategy Call (30 Mins): We map out your specific needs, family space requirements, dealbreakers, and budget beforehand to save you days or weeks of wasted time filtering out properties not suited for your family.

•  Up to 6 Tailored Apartment Showings: Once you select your favorite properties from the shortlist, we coordinate and accompany you to up to 6 personalized apartment showings. • Bilingual Arabic Support:  I handle all translation, speak with owners, and manage local interactions in Arabic.

• Negotiation & Fair-Market Advocacy: Because most real estate agents primarily speak Arabic, we assist you with the price negotiations, ensuring you pay fair market rates and don't get hit with an inflated "expat premium."

• Certified Legal Contract Review: Our trusted legal counsel will personally review your lease agreement before you sign. We verify standard conditions, ensure your deposit is protected, and confirm all necessary clauses protect your rights under Egyptian law.
